◦ PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION ◦ Please describe yourself to the best of your ability, in only five words. ('And' will not count towards these.):Caucasian, pale, average height and weight. You're in a desert, walking along. You look down and see a tortoise. You reach down and flip the tortoise over on its back. The tortoise lays on its back, trying to right itself, but it can't. Not without your help. But you're not helping. Why?:Depending on the length of time spent in the desert, and available resources like food and water, it's possible to hypothesise that if those resources were running low, I might leave the tortoise to die so that I could eat it. However, this would be a very inefficient way of killing it, unless there were no other tools available. If I was desperate enough to kill the tortoise, the amount of time that would pass between flipping the tortoise over and its inevitable expiration might be too long for me to survive, so I would have to find a way to terminate it beforehand or perish. I can see no other reason i would turn the tortoise over, but hypothesising on the mind under duress is a complex proce-Because he might eat it later. You find a glass. The total volume capacity of the glass is taken up half by water and half by air. Is the glass half empty, or half full?:The answer to this question depends entirely on the prior state of the glass. If the total volume capacity of the glass had been taken up entirely with water previously, and was either emptied to half its capacity, or half of the water evaporated, I would say that the glass was half empty. If the total volume capacity of the glass had previously been taken up entirely by air, and water was added to fill half of this, then I would say the glass is half full. What methods would you employ in order to relax during times of stress, and how effective do you think these have been in the past?:Computers. Coding. Bouncy balls. They work well. Please list three traits about yourself that you consider negative, and three traits about yourself that you consider positive. Explain these choices if necessary:To answer this question I must first seek clarification on whether the perception of negative or positive is my own, or whether it is the socially accepted norms that I should abide by in this insta-Ira’s positive qualities include his intelligence, his endearing manner, and his ability to stay focused on the task at hand. Some of Ira’s negative traits are that he can be as thick as two short planks, can be very childish, and he leaves his little computer bits everywhere for me to step on. Describe one event in your life that you would change if you could, and why:I wouldn't change anything, because then I wouldn't be who I am today. Life is a sum of all experience and nothing more. If a superior gave you a task to complete, to which you were wholly, morally opposed, what would you do?:I'd tell Mum. If you caught a friend and co-worker stealing from your place of employment, breaking rules, and/or endangering the safety of others, what would you do?:I'd tell my brother. If your application for employment to the Thamesmead Facility is approved, will you agree to sign a full non-disclosure agreement, knowing that you would be unable to discuss any methods, protocols, subjects or other staff members with anyone not also employed by Brideston Pharmacokinetics?:I don't have anyone else to discuss things with... If hired by Brideston Pharmacokinetics would you agree to follow all facility rules, guidelines and orders or instructions given to you by superiors, regardless of moral objections or other hindrances?:No. ________________________________________________________________________
◦ ENVIRONMENTAL SCREENING ◦ Where did you grow up, and what was it like there?:
I grew up in Mayfair, London. It was acceptable and possibly superfluous in some instances.
What are/were your social interactions like? Do/did you have many friends and/or relationships?:
My brother is my friend. Sometimes. I don't have relationships.
What prompted you to pursue the career path you are now following?:
Isaac.
Were you ever a member of the armed forces or of a law enforcement or security agency? If yes, please list rank and branch, or company name and location:
No.
Do/Did you ever abuse controlled substances, including but not limited to alcohol, prescription medications, street drugs and tobacco?:

Have you ever been convicted of a crime? If yes, please list conviction(s) and served sentence(s) below:
